Vince Neil Ink's Skin Show Contest
OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligibility: Vince Neil Ink's Skin Show Contest (the "Contest") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Canada who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any equipment or get a tattoo for the purpose of entering the Contest. Void in Quebec and where prohibited. Employees of Harrah's Operating Company, Inc., ePrize, LLC, and their parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee who is of director level or above and/or involved in coordinating/executing promotions are not eligible. Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, including through a government program, at Harrah's discretion, or by their own request, are not eligible. If asked, entrant must provide valid proof of age by way of valid picture identification (driver's license, passport, state identification card, or military identification card). The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, municipal, territorial and local laws and regulations.

Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Contest, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Whether an entrant receives a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Timing: The Contest begins on October 20, 2007 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on November 30, 2007 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Contest Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.
How to Enter: During the Contest Period, visit www.vniskinshow.com and follow the links and instructions to upload one (1) photo of your favorite tattoo (the "Entry"). Tattoo must be a design on your skin created by the permanent insertion of ink or other pigments below your skin using a sharp instrument. By completing the registration and submitting your photo, you agree that your Entry conforms to the Photo Guidelines and Content Restrictions as defined below (collectively, the "Guidelines and Restrictions") and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove your photo and disqualify you from the Contest if it believes, in its sole discretion, that your photo fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions.

Photo Guidelines:
- The photo must be in .jpg format;
- The photo must not exceed 2 MB in size;
- The photo must be of a tattoo on entrant's body; and
- The photo cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly through any means previously.
Content Restrictions:
- The photo must not contain material that violates or infringes another's rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;
- The photo must not contain brand names or trademarks;
- The photo must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
- The photo must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
- The photo must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where photo is created.
For all Entries: All Entries will become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor shall have the right to edit, adapt and publish any or all of the photos, and may use them in any media without attribution or compensation to the entrant, his/her successors or assigns, or any other entity. SUBMITTING AN ENTRY IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES ENTRANT'S IRREVOCABLE ASSIGNMENT, CONVEYANCE AND TRANFERENCE TO SPONSOR OF ANY AND ALL RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST IN THE PHOTO INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL COPYRIGHTS. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, un-intelligible or misdirected photos, which are disqualified. Limit: Each entrant may submit one (1) Entry during the Contest.

Judging: After the conclusion of the Contest Period, qualified judges selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (the "Judges") will select the potential winners based on the following criteria ("Judging Criteria"): 34% public appeal of photo and tattoo, 33% creativity of photo and tattoo, and 33% originality of photo and tattoo. In the event of a tie between two (2) or more Entries, the Entry that received the highest score in the originality category will be deemed the potential winner.
Winner Requirements: Potential winners will be notified by mail, email or phone on or around December 17, 2007. Each potential Grand Prize and First Prize winner will be required to execute and return to Administrator, within ten (10) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release ("Affidavit") in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to execute and return the Affidavit within the required time period (if applicable), or prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits the prize. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the prize will go un-awarded. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute and signify winner's agreement and consent that Sponsor may use the winner's, name, city, state, likeness, Entry and/or prize information in connection with the Contest, worldwide, including the Internet, without limitation and without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.
Prizes: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) on Vince Neil's Motley Cruise. Trip includes a five (5) day, four (4) night cruise from Miami, Florida to the Caribbean aboard Carnival Imagination; and $1,200 toward travel-related expenses including air transportation, hotel and ground transportation. Winner must take cruise from January 24, 2008 to January 28, 2008. Winner and guest must travel together on the same sailing. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $2,972. Winner and travel companion are responsible for any identification and/or travel documents (such as a passport and visa) required for their travel. Travel companion must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Cruise provided subject to the terms and conditions in Carnival Cruise Lines guest ticket cruise contract and applicable brochure. Winner and travel companion must sign the passenger ticket contract(s) prior to being allowed to board. Cruise includes ship accommodations, ocean transportation, selected meals, selected beverages, and selected entertainment aboard the vessel. All other costs and expenses are the winner's sole responsibility. Winner and travel companion are each solely responsible for (and prizes do not cover) any federal, state, local, or other government or quasi-governmental taxes and fees (including, but not limited to, income tax liability or sales taxes), travel insurance, transfers (except as described above) or items of a personal nature (including, but not limited to, air or ground transportation, airfare to Miami, Florida, hotel in Miami, transfers, shore excursions, passport fees, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, photographs, service fees and medical services). Prize is not transferable and may not be given, bartered, sold or exchanged for cash or another prize and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Certificate only applicable to stateroom categories Ocean View; suites and deluxe outside cabins are not applicable. Prize may not be upgraded. Any unused component of this package has no redeemable cash value, the remaining components shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor's obligation to the winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Except where prohibited by applicable law, travel companion will be required to sign a liability/publicity release prior to traveling. Winner and travel companion must sign Carnival Cruise Lines passenger ticket contract prior to being allowed to board Carnival Cruise Lines for the cruise. ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to Las Vegas, NV. Trip includes a $500 airline voucher towards round-trip airfare for two (2); three (3) days and two (2) nights hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy) at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; and a $100 gift certificate to La Salsa Restaurant's The Vince Neil's Tres Rios Cantina located inside The Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace. All terms and conditions of gift certificate apply. Winner must complete the trip within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure. Trip subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be roundtrip. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Contest, and those set forth by the airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Travel companion must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor is not responsible if any event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor's sole discretion. ARV: $800. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. ONE (1) SECOND PRIZE: A Gibson Guitar signed by Vince Neil. ARV: $500.
For all Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made unless Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value should it become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Limit: One (1) prize per person.
Release: By receipt of any prize, the applicable winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or those of any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected or undeliverable entries or for any technical problems, malfunctions of computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for any typographical/other error in entries, selection announcement or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in connection with this Contest.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for Nevada or the appropriate Nevada State Court located in Clark County, Nevada; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant, Sponsor and Promoter in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nevada, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Nevada, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Nevada.
